This coffee is a field blend from Chalatenango, El Salvador, grown on Lykke farm and neighboring farms at altitudes between 1400-2000 meters above sea level. The coffee combines Pacas and Bourbon varieties from 13 different coffee farms in the mountainous region. It is fully washed processed. The flavor profile features sweet caramel, plum, and red apple notes with a smooth and sweet roast profile. This is a filter brew coffee with an intensity of 2 out of 5.
