Biya Faris

About This Coffee

From Ethiopia's Jimma region, this espresso offers a syrupy, structured cup. Ripe peach sweetness leads, layered with light brown sugar richness and a grounding finish of cocoa nib. Balanced and composed, with a clean, lingering aftertaste. This is the first coffee from Biya Faris, a producer based in Bashasha Kebele in Ethiopia's Jimma region. Grown at elevations of 2,000–2,200 masl, the high altitude and cool climate support slow cherry maturation and concentrated sweetness. Cherries are carefully selected and dried on raised beds for 18–21 days, allowing for even drying and clarity in the cup.
