Blackbird is a dark blend from Phoenix Coffee Co featuring environmentally-sustainable, worker-friendly, traceable coffees from South America. The blend currently features coffees from Sul de Minas, Brazil and ELLA - Women Producers of Guatemala. Tasting notes include velvety body with cocoa and tobacco characteristics. This is the roaster's darkest offering.
