Blend 189 [Bio]

Blend 189 Bio is an organic espresso blend of coffees from Brazil and Honduras. The Honduras component comes from Finca Liquidambar, considered a pioneer in organic farming in Honduras, where coffee is hand-harvested at full cherry maturity. The farm uses multiple varieties including Caturra, Yellow Catuaí, and Red Catuaí, with a washed processing method. The blend offers a round, low-acidity cup with caramel and hazelnut flavor notes, scored 83 points.
