The coffee features components from Brazil and East Timor, ranging from 900 to 1,800 meters altitude. Producers are Astabe Wet Mill and Florentino Meneguetti. The blend combines Caturra and Hybrido de Timor varieties, processed using natural and pulped natural methods. Flavor notes include redcurrant, strawberry, jasmine, and caramel.
