This is a collaborative blend by Odd Kin Coffee Roasters and Moon Roast, featuring a 50/50 mix of two Colombian coffees. The blend combines Aguas Claras from Guadalupe with Moon Roast's Nelson Hurtado from Gaitania. Produced by Jaiber Jovan and Nelson Hurtado at altitudes between 1,600 and 1,690 meters above sea level. The coffee features Caturra, Castillo, and Yellow Typica varieties and combines both washed and natural processing methods. Flavor notes include candyfloss, peach, and florals, with rich fruity aromas and delicate floral sweetness.
