A collaborative blend between Odd Kin Coffee Roasters and North Star Coffee Roasters. This is a 50/50 blend combining a natural Ethiopian coffee from Dahab Mesfin in Tulla, Southern Ethiopia, and a washed Colombian coffee from the Contreras Brothers in Huila. The blend includes Caturra, Castillo, and Heirloom varieties grown at altitudes between 1,690-1,880 meters. The Ethiopian component is naturally processed while the Colombian portion is washed. Flavor notes include apricot, orange blossom, and maple syrup.
