Bold Deer is an espresso coffee from Uganda, sourced from smallholder farmers in the village of Buzemunwa and processed at the Sironko cooperative station. Grown on the slopes of Mount Elgon in the Rwenzori region at an altitude of up to 2,350 meters, this coffee features SL28, SL14, and Catimor varieties. Processed using anaerobic natural fermentation in oxygen-free tanks, it offers a full body with flavors of marzipan, raspberries, and plums, complemented by sweet, fruity, fermented, and chocolate notes. Light roast.

Founded in 2010 by brothers Martin and Karel Kozl in Liberec, Nordbeans has become a major supplier for Czech businesses including the renowned Ambiente restaurant group. They operate three cafes and a bakery famous for their artisan bread in Liberec. The family roastery recently traveled to Guatemala with partners to visit coffee farmers, producing a limited batch of Orange Bourbon coffee from the trip.
