This is an exclusive Bolivian single-producer micro-lot from René Mamani, a younger producer who manages his farm with his wife Nicolasa in Bolivia. The coffee offers beautiful aromatics with sweet, caramelized flavors featuring notes of caramel, boysenberry syrup, and praline. It has a creamy, smooth body with rounded acidity, making it versatile for both drip brewing and espresso. René collaborates with Agricafe, a family-run Bolivian mill and specialty coffee exporter, to process his coffee.

Sourcing follows a direct trade and relationship based model with an emphasis on sustainability, and USDA Organic certified coffees feature in the range. The café on Fourth Street serves espresso, pour over, and pastries from local bakeries, and the business supports nonprofits and arts organisations in the Ashland community through regular partnerships.
