This exceptional coffee comes from the Ayla washing station located in the Sidamo region of southern Ethiopia. The station is part of the Testi Coffee group, a family business founded by Faysel Yonis. Approximately 700 small producers cultivate their coffee on small plots of 2 to 5 hectares, between 1,950 and 2,150 meters altitude. This lot undergoes a 120-hour anaerobic fermentation process. The coffee is from Heirloom varieties and scores 88 points. It features explosive and complex flavor notes of strawberry, blueberry, and tropical fruits.
