This natural processed Colombia coffee is from the El Ubérrimo farm in Nariño Department, operated by Francy Castillo. Grown at 2,150 meters altitude, it features the Colombia varietal with a light roast. The coffee presents sweet, balanced notes with tasting notes of watermelon and milk chocolate. Roasted to order in micro batches.
The Artery Community Roasters is a social enterprise based in Ottawa, Ontario, employing people living with disabilities at living wages. They roast in small batches on a Coffee Crafters Artisan XL with a capacity of up to 10 pounds per roast, and ship within one week of roasting. Sourcing is done on a direct trade basis, maintaining one to two degrees of separation from the farmers. The Artery was named Coffee Roaster of the Month by Commonly Coffee.
