This coffee is from Bookkisha Village in the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at 2,000 meters above sea level. It is a natural processed coffee made from local landrace varietals. The beans are roasted to a medium level and feature bright tasting notes of strawberry, guava, and nectarine, with a rich honey finish. Renowned Guji coffee producer Ture Waji partners with dedicated smallholder farmers in Bookkisa Village to craft this exceptional, sustainable coffee.

Fuel & Fable is a carbon offset, small batch roastery founded by Matt Brown located in Christchurch, Dorset. Matt previously ran an award winning Icelandic inspired specialty coffee shop in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. The roastery focuses on light profiles designed to preserve origin character, sourcing rare and distinctive coffees through direct trade relationships. Alongside roasting, Matt works as a barista trainer and coffee consultant, and runs a rehabilitation programme that teaches barista and hospitality skills to prisoners.
