Prairie Lily Coffee

Named after Saskatchewan's provincial flower, Prairie Lily Coffee was founded in 2015 in Saskatoon as the province's first specialty coffee roastery, bringing the third wave to the prairies. They roast on a Probat in small batches, producing medium profiles that balance origin character with the kind of approachable warmth that suits the local palate. Beans come through direct trade from Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Kenya, Brazil, and Honduras. The wholesale program has grown to supply cafes and restaurants across Saskatchewan, and regular cuppings and education events help build a specialty coffee culture in a region that did not have one before Prairie Lily arrived. The roastery's community focused approach and prairie hospitality have made it a cornerstone of Saskatoon's evolving food and drink scene.
