About This Coffee

A washed Heirloom coffee from the Sheka Biosphere Reserve in Ethiopia, grown at 1800–2200 meters altitude. Sourced from a cooperative of small farmers who hand-pick the cherries, this coffee is processed at the Kochere station using the fully washed (wet) method. The Heirloom variety encompasses many wild coffee cultivars cultivated for generations. It offers a fruity-floral profile with dominant blueberry notes and a honey-like sweetness.
