Single-origin Geisha from the Ama Estate (Luiz Paulo & Sasa Sestic) in Carmo de Minas, Minas Gerais, Brazil, grown at 1100–1300 m. The lot underwent controlled carbonic maceration (1–2 days in CO₂-flushed tanks) followed by pulping, thorough washing, and drying to 10–12% moisture. Light roasted, it shows bright, sparkling notes of champagne and chamomile with white peach, cranberry, cherry, and a lingering honey-like sweetness.
