A naturally processed espresso coffee from the Barreiro Farm in Poços de Caldas, Sul de Minas, Brazil, grown at 1400 meters altitude. Produced by Francisco Otávio Lotufo, the farm has been cultivating coffee for two hundred years. The Bourbon variety is dried with the fruit pulp intact, enhancing sweetness and local flavors. Tasting notes include hazelnuts and dark chocolate, with a sweet and intense profile.
