A Brazilian natural-processed coffee sourced from various farms across multiple regions, grown at altitudes of 800–1100 masl. The coffee may also have some Pulped Natural contributions. Cherries are dried on large patios under sun, raked and turned regularly for even drying. The fruity profile features notes of blackcurrant, raisin chocolate, maple, and brown sugar.
