A single-origin natural-processed coffee from the Paraiso (Andrade Bros) farm in Mineiros, Minas Gerais, Brazil (Cerrado Mineiro). Grown at about 1,100 m and produced from the Arara variety, the lot is aerobically fermented for ~72 hours and dried on African beds. Light roasted, it is full-bodied with juicy acidity and pronounced fruit sweetness—notes of Kyoho grape, lychee, cranberry, peach, with brandy-like aroma and a syrupy, creamy finish.
