This coffee is a Catuai 99 variety from the Eldorado farm in the Ibiraci region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Grown at an altitude of 1000-1200 meters, this lot is processed using the fully washed method, which is rare for the region. The roast profile is medium-light, highlighting a clean cup with flavor notes of papaya, blood orange, caramel, and molasses. It offers a syrupy, complex finish with a nutty richness characteristic of Brazilian coffee.

The roastery part of the business is led by head roaster Keita Nakamura, who oversees bean selection and roasting, bringing a broad range of single-origin coffees to life with clarity and character. LiLo offers an extensive and rotating selection of beans, often more than 20 varieties at a time, each accompanied by detailed origin and tasting notes.
