This specialty coffee is sourced from Fazenda IP in the New Oriente region of Guatemala, grown at an altitude between 950 and 1200 meters. It is a 100% Arabica Yellow Bourbon variety that has been washed. The coffee offers a flavor profile featuring notes of milk chocolate, almond, and honeydew melon. It is roasted to a medium-strength level, making it ideal for filter coffee preparation.
