Natural processed Yellow Catucai from Mió, a coffee farm in Monte Santo de Minas, Brazil at 900-1100 meters altitude. This is the 2026 lot, purchased through Mío's UK office. Yellow Catucai is a cross between Catuai and Icatu, known for high productivity. The natural/dry process creates a sweet coffee with creamy mouthfeel. Tasting notes include chocolate, red berries, vanilla, nutty, fruity flavors with round body and high sweetness. Roasted for espresso.
