A single-origin coffee from Fazenda Sertão, located in Carmo de Minas, Minas Gerais, Brazil, at an altitude of 1,100–1,450 masl. Produced by Francisco Isidro Pereira, this coffee features Red Bourbon trees over 100 years old. Processed naturally using the 100 Years Reserva method — a specially selected lot from the oldest, most prized trees on the estate. Roasted to a medium light level, it offers fruity, sweet, and full-bodied characteristics with notes of red fruits and spice.
