This Brazilian single-origin coffee comes from Fazenda Vereda in Valle da Grama, grown at 1,150 meters altitude. The coffee is 100% Arabica Red Bourbon variety, processed using modern controlled drying with silo systems and dry air rather than traditional hot air methods. The beans are cultivated under shade-grown conditions with avocado trees. Flavor notes include nuts, lemon, and chocolate with a full body and balanced profile characteristic of Brazilian espresso coffees.
While the Andraschko Kaffeemanufaktur was officially founded in 2006, the coffee passion of Elisabeth and Willy Andraschko began back in 1979 when they established a Viennese coffee house in Berlin, with Willy notably joining the world-famous Café Einstein and shaking up the scene. For over twenty years, this specialty coffee manufactory has supplied coffee lovers, luxury hotels, and starred restaurants with exceptional coffee, earning recognition far beyond Berlin's city and national borders.
