A naturally processed coffee from Daterra farm in the Cerrado region of Brazil, grown at 1500+ meters altitude. The Bourbon variety is fully dried in cherry, starting on the tree before moving to the patio and finishing in a dryer for moisture consistency. Flavor notes include raisin, milk chocolate, vanilla, stone fruits, blueberry, and plum, with a full body, succulent juicy mouthfeel, and a clean caramel-fruity finish.
