About This Coffee

This coffee is produced from smallholder farms in the southeastern Mountains of Brazil. The Ibiraci region is a higher altitude flat plateau known for producing great quality coffee with mild climate and slower cherry maturation. The coffee is processed using natural methods and primarily grows Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties. Expect notes of praline, milk chocolate, and raisin with good acidity and fruit-forward profiles. This coffee has been sourced and roasted for espresso.

UE Coffee Roasters

UE Coffee Roasters was founded in 2009 by Dominic Boyett in Witney, Oxfordshire, with the roastery established in 2012. The team brings over 50 years of combined experience in specialty coffee and roasts Monday through Friday at their production facility, which is visible to visitors through the adjoining roastery café. They source from 58 farms through direct, long standing trading relationships, and every wholesale partner receives on site quality control visits every six weeks. Beyond roasting, the business offers SCA barista training courses, equipment rental programmes, loose leaf tea blending, and a white label roasting service. All packaging is 100% recyclable, and the company works with machine partners including Victoria Arduino, Conti, Rocket, and Mahlkonig.
