It is a Yellow Catuai varietal processed via the Natural NX method, exhibiting flavor notes of caramel, sugar cane, yellow apple, and a full heavy body suited for espresso. The coffee features aromas of almond and raisin with a dark chocolate hazelnut aftertaste and balanced acidity.
