Grown at an altitude of 960–1040 meters above sea level, this coffee uses the Topázio variety processed via a double-fermented honey method. The flavor profile features floral, honey, and sweet notes with a medium body and a long-lasting finish. The farm holds Rainforest Alliance and Certifica Minas certifications.
