This 100% Arabica coffee is from Kerkeicoondah Estate, located in the Chikmagalur district within the state of Karnataka, India. The estate is situated in the Baba Budangiri Mountains at an altitude of 3,940 feet (1,200 meters). Owned and managed by the Mammen family for three generations, with producer Joseph Mammen. The coffee is shade-grown and inter-cropped with pepper, cocoa, and cardamom. The variety is S795, fully washed and sun-dried. Roasted to a lighter medium profile, it features bright citrus flavors complemented by caramel sweetness, with notes of peanut brittle and malt chocolate, finishing with a lingering citrus aftertaste.
