Bright Minds is a single-origin Colombian coffee from Huila (San Agustín) produced by smallholder farmers and the Asobombo association. The coffee is washed and roasted to a medium profile, grown at elevations around 1300–1900 masl. Varieties include Caturra and Castillo. Flavor notes include milk chocolate, nougat, tangerine, toffee, buttery and a hint of cherry, producing an easy-drinking, smooth cup.
Founded in 2015 by Khanh Trang and Trey Cobb in the Texas Hill Country, Greater Goods emerged when the wife-and-husband team decided to follow their dreams and palates to create a woman-owned roasting company with purpose.
