About This Coffee

This coffee is a single origin from Colombia, grown on the La Divisa farm in the Quindío region at an altitude of 1600-2000 meters. The farm covers 14 hectares and is owned by Diafanor Ruiz, who purchased it in 2005. This is a 100% Pink Bourbon variety, processed naturally. The coffee offers a cup profile with prominent berry notes, pleasant acidity reminiscent of strawberry-flavoured yoghurt, and long-lasting sweetness with velvety texture. The aftertaste features tropical, juicy characteristics with hints of black cherries.
