This coffee comes from Bumba Hill in the Kayanza region of Burundi and is honey processed. Farmers on Bumba Hill now use the nearby Ninga Hill washing station, established in 2020 through partnerships with exporters and importers. The cup is complex with berry notes, a sweet and sticky body, bright acidity, and undertones of baking spices, reminiscent of jams and cobblers. Roasted at a light-medium level.
