Light-roasted Bourbon from Muyinga Province, Burundi (1,715 m). Natural-processed and dried using Kenya-style drawers, this single-origin coffee is silky and fruit-forward with notes of papaya, raspberry, lime, cherry and blackberry, floral and wine-like acidity, balanced sweetness, and a smooth, medium body.
