This coffee is a natural-processed Bourbon variety from Burundi, sourced by the Long Miles Coffee Project. It is a unique micro-lot consisting entirely of peaberries, which are formed when two coffee beans fuse together inside the cherry. The resulting cup is fruit-forward with distinct flavor notes of caramelized mandarin, toffee, and fresh apple cider.
