Daylily Coffee

Andrew Fritz and Ariana Vandersnick founded Daylily Coffee in 2022, launching online before opening a brick and mortar roastery and cafe in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, in February 2024. Fritz previously served as head roaster for Proud Mary Coffee's U.S. operation in Portland, and brings that experience to a small batch approach focused on light roasts and seasonal single origins. Vandersnick runs the in house baking program from the 1,250 square foot space in a renovated bicycle shop on East 8th Street. Sprudge featured the cafe in its 2024 Build Outs of Coffee series, citing its clean design and genuine passion for the craft. The tasting room operates Thursday through Saturday with a rotating monthly drink menu alongside direct to consumer and wholesale sales.
