It is a 100% Arabica, medium dark roast grown at an elevation of 3,500 ft (approximately 1,067 meters) above sea level. The coffee features flavor notes of toffee, chocolate, and nut with a rich texture and aroma. It is balanced, low acidic, and medium strong, best suited for Moka pot and espresso, and also enjoyable in French press and cold brew.
