This single origin Colombian coffee is from Nieva, Huila, sourced from the Cadefihuila Cooperative. The coffee features Caturra and Castillo varietals grown at altitudes between 1,100 and 1,550 meters above sea level. It is washed processed and medium roasted, delivering a clean and balanced profile with notes of red apple, green grape, and molasses. The coffee is Rainforest Alliance certified and sourced from small farms in the Andes.
