Café Granja La Esperanza Sudan Rume Washed

This coffee is a Sudan Rume variety from Café Granja La Esperanza in Colombia, sourced from farms in the Valle del Cauca department (Cerro Azul and La Esperanza farms in Trujillo, Las Margaritas and Potosí farms in Caicedonia) at altitudes ranging from 1,400 to 2,000 masl. It is processed using the washed method. The coffee undergoes manual and rigorous picking at harvesting peaks, followed by 48 hours in a silo and 28 days of solar drying, then 3 months of storage to stabilize and reduce astringency.
