Natural-processed coffee from Monteverde, Costa Rica, sourced directly by Montana Coffee Traders since 1989. Whole cherries are selectively handpicked at peak ripeness and dried on raised beds under the sun. This slow drying process allows the beans to absorb vibrant fruity character from the pulp before the cherries are milled. The result is an exceptionally sweet, complex, and fruit-forward coffee with notes of strawberry jam, almond, and pink lemonade. Medium roast.
