A world-class washed Geisha from Santa Barbara County, California, grown at Finca 1890 at approximately 200 feet elevation. The coffee features the Geisha (Gesha) variety processed using a controlled, yeast-assisted washed fermentation method. Light roasted to emphasize its classic floral profile with notes of plumeria, orange blossom, bergamot, sweet lime, blueberry, and white chocolate. The coffee displays brilliant, high-definition acidity with a silky, weightless body and tea-like structure characteristic of elite washed Geishas.
