About This Coffee

Campo Alegre is a single-origin coffee from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta region of Colombia, grown at altitudes of 1,100–1,200 meters on the farm of Mildred Niebles. The coffee uses Castillo, Colombia, and Tabi varieties, processed using an anaerobic honey method with a 90-hour fermentation. The flavor profile is complex, featuring notes of honey, papaya, and black tea. Roasted to a medium filter roast. This coffee received a Gold Medal from the German Roasters Guild (Dt. Röstergilde) in 2025.
