This coffee is grown at Capadocia farm in Mantiqueira de Minas, Brazil, at an altitude of 1,090-1,280 meters. The farm is operated by the fourth generation of the Borges and Ferreira families, led by Augusto Borges Ferreira, who is a member of the APAS Coffee Cooperative. The coffee is processed using the natural method, where the coffee cherries are dried with the fruit flesh intact, creating a deeper and more complex flavor profile. The cup offers smooth chocolate and roasted hazelnut notes with light spiciness that balances the sweetness. It has a round, soft, and balanced body with a long and elegant aftertaste featuring subtle warmth.
