This coffee is a fully washed blend from the Aromas del Valle cooperative in the San Ignacio and Cutervo regions of Peru. Grown at altitudes between 1500 and 2100 meters, this blend consists of Caturra, Catuai, Pache, and Bourbon varieties. It offers a sweet profile with a round mouthfeel and delicate stone fruit acidity, reminiscent of persimmon, complemented by notes of caramel. This coffee is well-suited for both straight espresso and milk-based beverages.
