This USDA Organic blend combines washed coffees from smallholder farmers in South and Central America and Ethiopia. The coffees are grown near farmers' houses, processed using the washed method on the farm, and dried and milled by local co-ops or community projects. The washed process produces coffees with vivid and pronounced flavors and exceptional sweetness. This blend features intense fresh fruit flavors with a rich, sweet foundation of caramel and milk chocolate. It is versatile and floral and fruit-forward with a sweet caramel finish as a pourover, and bright and rounded with assertive yellow fruit and a sweet finish reminiscent of s'mores as an espresso.

Panther Coffee was founded in 2010 by Leticia and Joel Pollock, a husband and wife team bringing over 40 years of combined coffee industry experience to the Miami roastery. They began with a vintage 1927 Perfekt roaster, a piece of equipment acquired from Lighthouse Roasters in Seattle that carries the weight of coffee history into modern roasting practice. Direct trade sourcing focuses exclusively on organic beans from small farms in Nicaragua, Brazil, Guatemala, and Ethiopia, building relationships that honor farmer knowledge and fair compensation. Recognition through Good Food Awards and ranking among the World's 100 Best Coffee Shops affirms the roastery's commitment to quality and ethics.
