This is a single origin coffee from the El Carmen de Acevedo association in Huila, Colombia, produced by female producer Cecilia Hoyos. Raw Material's on-ground team selected this lot due to its cup quality. The coffee is roasted longer with a higher end temperature to accentuate body and sweetness characteristics, making it ideal for espresso brewing, particularly milk drinks like flat white, latte or cortado.
