This coffee is sourced from the northern highlands of Cajamarca in Peru, close to the Ecuadorian border. It comes from the Cenfrocafé cooperative, produced by smallholder farmers committed to quality and sustainable practices. The coffee is washed processed and organically certified. The profile is smooth and structured, with notes of dried fruits, almond and caramel, supported by a silky mouthfeel and gentle, well integrated acidity. It is versatile and works equally well as espresso or filter.
