Chelbesa is a natural processed Ethiopian coffee from the Yirgacheffe region at 1950-2200 meters altitude. The coffee is produced by Hailu Figa through the SNAP company, sourced from 476 small producers around the village of Chelbesa. Grown in semi-forest under shade trees, the beans develop complex, fruity, and floral characteristics with stone fruit notes. Heirloom variety with tasting notes of apricot and nougat.
Drekka began its journey in 2014 as a small, passionate coffee shop in Sofia, founded by Zlatina and Stefan.
