Cherry Bomb is a washed Red Bourbon coffee from Mbare in Rwanda's Southern Province, grown at 1,800 meters altitude. Produced by Rwamatamu, cherries are hand-sorted, pulped, and fermented for 12–48 hours before washing and slow drying on raised beds. The coffee features bright sour cherry acidity with cola sweetness and vanilla finish, reflecting Rwanda's fertile volcanic soils.
