Cherry Bomb is a washed Red Bourbon from Mbare, Southern Province, Rwanda, grown at 1,800 meters altitude. Produced by Rwamatamu, this coffee features a bright, clean cup with sour cherry acidity, cola sweetness, and smooth vanilla notes. Cherries are hand-sorted, pulped, and fermented for 12–48 hours before washing and drying on raised beds for up to 22 days.
Oddy Knocky is an independent specialty roastery in Bolton, Greater Manchester, with SCA professional certification. Their approach strips away jargon and gatekeeping, aiming to make specialty coffee easy to enjoy without compromising on quality. The head roaster selects and profiles each coffee to bring out its full character, working with origins like Peru, Colombia, and Ethiopia, including Geisha varieties from Chirinos at nearly 2,000 metres.
