Cheshire is a seasonal Ethiopian natural coffee selected for its vibrant and complex profile from the Kochere region in Yirgacheffe. Produced by Banko Gotiti at 2100 meters altitude, this coffee features the Ethiopian Heirloom variety processed using an extended anaerobic super natural method. The coffee is micro batch roasted to order on London's Brick Lane.
