A coffee from Finca Nuevo México, located within the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve in La Concordia, Chiapas, Mexico, at an altitude of 1,250 meters above sea level. Produced by the Ibarra Baumann family, the farm was founded in 1964 and has been refining its processes over generations. This offering features the Anacafé 14 variety, processed using a semi-washed (honey) method combined with 88 hours of anaerobic fermentation. The farm also cultivates Obatá variety alongside Anacafé 14.
